Terms and Conditions for Pikashow

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Pikashow website and mobile application (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and enter into a legally binding contract with Pikashow (the "Company", "We", or "Us") and are subject to all applicable local, state, national, international and foreign laws.

If you don’t agree to these Terms, you will not be able to use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you accept that you are bound by these Terms. If you are not agree to any part of these Terms then you may not access or use the Service. You also consent to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information is used on this website.

Service: Means the Pikashow website and the mobile application.

Services of others: Content or services available from third parties (including other Members) that might be presented in the Service or that the Service may be linked to.

The Service may include links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pikashow. (79) We are not liable nor responsible for third party content and actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies and terms of the other websites you visit.

Pikashow may at any time, without prior notice, immediately limit or terminate your access to the Service if you fail to comply with these Terms. When these Terms are terminated, you will no longer have the right to avail the Service.

In no event shall Pikashow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Service. In no event shall Pikashow’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid Pikashow to use the Service or $100 if you have not paid for the use of the Service.

This Agreement is controlled by the laws of [Your Country], excluding its conflict of law provisions. You will use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

If there are any disputes first try resolving it with us directly. Unless it is resolved by agreement between the parties, any controversy or claim arising out of the use of the platform are HTS services or shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Pikashow will have rights to change or modify the terms of this or any product offers. We will provide notice on the Services if there is a material change to the way in which Personal Information is processed. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications to the Terms.

If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the extent necessary to imply the term to meet its intended purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
